Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unmodified, unwashed, and with all tags intact. If the item does not meet these conditions, we will charge an additional fee to return it to you.

Swimwear
All swimwear must be worn with underwear when trying it on. Sanitary napkins must remain in their original position; removal or alteration will not be accepted.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
We recommend trying on the item as soon as possible after receiving it to ensure it can be returned within the return period.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. PersoJoy.com is not responsible for delays in returning packages. We recommend using registered mail or trackable mail to return the item, as the customer remains responsible for the shipment of the package until PersoJoy.com receives it.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and will be returned to your account within approximately 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original credit card used.
Return Processing Time
We strive to process refunds daily, but your return may take 3-5 business days to complete. You will receive an email notification once our team receives your return, and another email notification once processing is complete.
If the return is due to the consumer's own fault, the consumer will be responsible for shipping costs. Specific costs will depend on the courier company you choose.
